1. About the platform
PraiseHub is a mobile platform that connects clients (event organizers) with musical service providers. The platform is published by Gospayme Sàrl-S (RCS B288238).
2. Access and registration
Using PraiseHub requires a free account. The minimum age is 13; users between 13 and 18 require parental consent. The app is available for free on the App Store and Google Play.
3. Fees and payments
PraiseHub applies the following commission model:
- Clients (organizers): 10% of the service amount, automatically deducted at payment.
- Providers: 3% of the service amount, automatically deducted at payout.
Payments are processed via Stripe (PCI DSS certified) and paid out to providers within 48 hours after the service is completed.
4. Cancellation policy
- Cancellation by the client ≥ 15 days before the event: No cancellation fee.
- Cancellation by the client < 15 days before the event: A penalty of 20% of the service amount.
- Cancellation by the provider: Full refund to the client, with no commission.
5. Provider quality and verification
All providers registered on PraiseHub undergo a thorough verification process. PraiseHub reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not meet the platform's quality standards.
6. Disputes
In case of a dispute, a claim must be submitted within 7 days after the event directly through the app. Mediation is required before any legal action. Contact our support at contact@praise-hub.com.
7. Intellectual property
All elements of the PraiseHub platform (logo, interface, content) are the exclusive property of Gospayme Sàrl-S and are protected by copyright law.
8. Limitation of liability
PraiseHub acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the artistic quality of services. The platform's liability is limited to the amount of commissions collected.
9. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Luxembourg.
